If I could give a "negative" star rating, I would. Last March spent over $8000 on entertainment center. Went to store in Scottsdale as well as store in L.A. to see pieces. Talked with several different sales people. Not ONE of them EVER mentioned their membership program, which would have saved me over $2000 but only cost me $100. When I uncovered the program last month, their customer service said they could not make an adjustment as my order was over a year old....it was EXACTLY A WEEK OVER A YEAR OLD. This company doesn't care one bit about customer....just cares about ripping people off with phony programs and making all the money they can. Never shop here!!! I never will again!
