Read the reply by TSI on my negative review in the previous review left.
In their reply to "zero f***'s given by this TSI" they just try to point to the contract. Why I was given a liquidation contract when apparently it was not even installed by TSI is beyond me.
I complained how the system was not properly set up. And it didn't work when there was an attempted attack on the home...
His reply just points at the contract and how their policy liquidation holds... I
Tyler at TSI just gave another case in point of how callous TSI can be.
I'm sure there are some kind people there but it seems to be a theme at TSI where they don't care for customers and merely only their monthly dues.
The company service is horrible in my opinion. It's not worth going w them.
