As others have noted, the owner (William) is extremely rude and has very poor people and customer service skills. Knowing how successful this shop is, I wonder how over-the-top successful it could be if the owner had any interest is developing his skills and his manner!
If you shop here, beware the wrath and indifference of the owner. And don't expect any accommodation or effort to serve his customers.
