I have been helped here and I have no complaints. You need to understand two things: Patients sometimes don't want help and sometimes resist help. This is only my opinion, my dear friend if you need help you came to the right place, but ask questions and be proactive in your care too.
I suffer from depression in part due to the fact that I work at it hard, does that make sense to you? Give yourself a chance and your therapist a break, they are people too and they don't read minds.
