Slow processing before you even get in the elevator. Elevator slow as molasses, wait wait wait. Rides were fun! Buying photo was a disaster, picked out three, wildly overpriced ($30), popped my credit card into the chip reader, and after it processed the girl started mounting PRINTED photos. What??? She didn't ask if I wanted digital or printed. I then asked for digital and she asked for +$20! Just nutty. Told me to go to a different photo counter on lower floor to get my digital versions. Got there and that was a 25 minute exercise in frustration. "I'll do this this time but don't ask to do it again!" What the hell??
Bottom line, what should have been a fun couple hours turned into aggravation and a deep sense of being royally screwed.
