It's new so it's clean. Friendly employees.. I got 2 of each shumai (chicken, pork/shrimp, and beef). All were good and fresh except the beef. It had a funky taste. Also got the pacific shrimp ball which was good. Only gave 3 stars because of "dim sum" selection and price was a little on the high side. They said they'll be getting more of a dim sum selection......... Note* I'll go back for a quick snack
