we went on a canada day so the line was crazy!!! their mochacchino was very creative and based on the bitterness, they used real cocoa. the barista was very accommodating when one customer complained about cold lattes (honestly it was cold outside ofcourse latte would get cold) but she made a new one for them so that was very nice of her to do that.
