We stopped in on the 1st of July, around 6pm and it was a great first experience. The restaurant was super clean. The staff was very friendly and always quick with refills. I don't recall my glass ever getting halfway empty. We order the Egg Rolls and Crab Cheese Puffs, for appetizers, the eggrolls were different a little small in size but very yummy. The Crab Ragoons were better, filled with cream cheese a little crab and green onion...gave them a good taste. For dinner we opted for the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Orange Chicken and Pillow Chicken. We were a little disappointed that we could only get white rice. To get fried rice we would have to order it as an entrée. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was really good, nice size Shrimp with tails removed. The Orange Chicken was different than normal orange chicken - it reminded me of a buffalo chicken with a sweet kick to it. The Pillow Chicken was something I never had before and personally I did not like it. It reminded me of a crab cake or salmon patty...two things that I do not like; it is a texture issue not a taste issue. The staff was willing to box everything up with extra steamed rice. We even order a chicken fried rice and Mu Shu Beef to go, which proved to be very yummy leftovers.
