Blane and all his guys with LVR were great to deal with! We were extremely pleased with their work, which included remodeling three bathrooms (featuring two new exterior windows), the kitchen, new flooring (including 2 small and 1 large staircases), miscellaneous drywall repairs, and baseboards and interior painting in all the rooms that got new flooring.
We were particularly pleased with the master bathroom concept Blane conceived, which included taking out some interior walls and a closet and moving the toilet, and yielded a beautiful new look with a sliding barn door entry, spacious walk-in shower with two shower heads and a bench, cabinets & counters, lighting, and room for a new built-in closet (see separate review for the closet under "Cabinets By Carlos").
Everyone at LVR was friendly and easy to deal with (special shout out to Victor the carpenter/foreman/miracle worker!), which resulted in clear, daily communication and a successful project for both parties. Blane hit his original, very reasonable price for the job (ask about discounts, too) and was able to include some nice "while we're in there" upgrades (ceiling lights in the baths/showers, pendant lights in the kitchen) at no extra charge.
We were very pleased with the entire project, and would not hesitate to use LVR in the future. Highly recommend!
