I have been going to Creature Comforts for a few years now and this is the only place in Las Vegas that I would ever take my pets to. I have had several bad experiences with 4 other vet offices until I found Creature Comforts. I wish I would have found them sooner! My fuzzy child went through a lot with other vets not really helping her and literally after $10,000 was spent elsewhere with no answers to any of her ailments, we took her to Dr. Paul who had answers right away without even having her prior records because the prior vet offices were requiring we paid for her records before they would transfer them.
They really truly care about their patients and their human parents. Everyone from Amanda and Yvette at the front desk to vet tech Mike to kennel attendant Robert (who really is devoted to all of the animals that are kenneled) to Dr. Paul (who is our usual vet) are just amazing. I cannot explain how much trust I have in them and how grateful I am for the care and compassion they had for my dog, Daisy. They gave her the best care and had the best treatment options for her inclusing laser therapy. We have been in Las Vegas 9 years and the last time I truly trusted my vet was back in New York...felt really good to know my best friend was in the best possible hands. And now, we have another new addition and we take her there too!
I see some of the posts about pricing and what not but I don't agree with it. We talk about several different options for certain ailments and we collectively decide the best route which has never been the most expensive. Also, the one thing that is different is that they have an on-site lab that can get bloodwork and other things analyzed on-site and quickly without having to wait days for other offices to send it out to a lab. Also, this is not a big conglomerate like other places out there. Dr. Gorman owns the building and the practice and because of that, she has total control--not some investor in several vet offices, so you really have that small town feeling of an office that cares about you and your pets.
Creature Comforts is the best! I would never trust my dog with any other vet office, ever.
