Best. Food. Ever. I'm keeping this short and sweet. I have been in love with Chipotle for a very long time, as us kids would literally race here during our lunch period in HS. It just blows my mind to pieces that Chipotle somehow doesn't exist in Louisiana or Hawaii, among other states. (Gold mine, meet Mr. Entrepreneur. Mr. Entrepreneur, meet the gold mine.) That barbacoa burrito with extra rice is perhaps my guilty-pleasure-category-food-soul-mate. It's just so comforting (until the next morning, of course, but I digress). Lots of bang for your buck here, guys and gals. Always remember to ask for the "cup for water", as the soda fountain is around the corner and out of the staff's sight. (I would never take advantage of this setup, or course. Many of the kids do though.) That said, I have recently discovered that your delicious burrito can be complemented extremely well by a nice cold Corona -- or three. Grade: A, and I just convinced myself to go grab lunch at Chipotle. Pow pow.
