I was at iTechnique Sunday before last; my iPhone 5s screen was absolutely gone and I was so afraid I might have lost my phone forever. I went in, Brad was super quick to say hello and give me a rundown of what might be wrong. He was informative and attentive, not to mention speedy! He was honest in regards to how long I may have to wait, and even suggested a place I could get an adapter for my iPhone 4! He emailed me as soon as he found what the problem was, and the solution, as well as the cost of the fix. I agreed, and he let me know my phone could possibly be ready the same day; it was!! I was so excited! Brad was so helpful and speedy. The pricing is incredibly reasonable. If I ever need anything else fixed, I know where I'm going! Thanks a million, Brad!
