So far, so good. Josh came out, gave me a quote and their first visit is encouraging. Looking forward to what he can do to make my yard look better.
Josh was courteous, informative, and seems to be a "stand up" guy.
This is looking very promising.
UPDATE: Fast forward 14 months. The quality of work and service from Emerald Cut has fallen way off. So much so, that I am looking for a new lawn service. The "grass" is brown and overrun with weeds and crabgrass... my water bill is up over $35/month... trees and shrubs look like crap... and the desert landscape is full of weeds.
Josh promised that he would be here every 2 weeks... but I haven't seen him in months. His crew changes with almost every visit.
My advice as of today: STEER CLEAR.
