We were told to show up 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. We did 11:30am. Place is not very welcoming. We checked in was told to sit down they will be right with us not nicely. 11:40 am is my daughter's appt time. I finally went and asked for paperwork that I needed to fill out. Done with paper work took 5 minutes(11:45). I'm still sitting here at 12:15 with my sick daughter in lobby.Changed my daughters pcp right in here in this medical lobby. Im now in back with nurse at 12:25pm, Nurses seem like they want to be nice but to busy to be friendly. Finally in exam room waiting for doctor at 12:32pm, reminder appointment time was 11:40am. Nurse is back strep test 12:45pm. Doctor finally walks in around 12:58PM. She seemed nervous tired but funny . She spent 3 minutes with my daughter. Back to lobby to wait for rx script.1:00pm. We are finally leaving at 1:10 pm for a 11:40 appointment. I will not be back. Worst place I have ever been. Don't waste your time here if this is YOUR PCP CHANGE IT WORST PLACE EVER.
