I found Hiking Yoga through Groupon.com and thought I would give it a try...SO glad that I did! I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it. It is a great workout, with beautiful scenery with a fun group of people to share in the experience. The instructor, Jennifer, was amazing! She encouraged and pushed us, but not too hard. The hike incorporates the perfect amount of cardio and yoga to make it challenging with enough time to catch your breath and take in the serenity of the environment. I can't wait to go again next weekend! I highly recommend Hiking Yoga to any and everyone! Enjoy the Zen! RC
