Then there's the customer service. All I can say is wow. I recently ordered some clothes from their website and promptly received an email from Donnell at the store to let me know that one of the items I ordered sizes a bit large and that they usually suggest going a size down. Incredibly, he also offered to personally drop the order off since it was a large order. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. There's a reason they've been in business for over twenty years; they know clothes and they know how to go the extra mile to make sure the customer has a great experience shopping with them.
