This is the third time I've tried to make this review. I visited this store last fall to look for two light fixtures. I dealt with an older salesman who at first was great, now I realize just to make a sale. When I came back a week later to exchange one of the fixtures, I asked for the same salesman. Well he definitely wasn't acting like the same person I dealt with a week earlier; he was rude, condescending and inconsiderate. He rudely explained that there is a "restocking fee" and talked down to me as if I was an idiot. I never experienced such terrible customer service. I argued that I was exchanging something and why would I need to pay a restocking fee? The light fixture I was bringing back could simply be displayed in the showroom as it was not displayed when I was there. He made it sound like this was the dumbest idea ever and brushed me off. Well, the next time I visited this place to pick up my new fixture, guess what was hanging in the showroom? That's right, the light fixture I had previously returned and that they charged me a "restocking fee" for.... Bottom line: rude, ignorant people who feel entitled to treat people badly. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
