Horrible sales people. Stay away from this place. They treat you like a piece of sh**. I've been here twice. The first time was in November 2015. I was asking a question and the girl just looked at me like I was crazy. There was another guy next to her that knew what I was talking about but he seemed really cold and unfriendly. I really disliked his tone of voice. Welp didn't purchase anything because I felt like a bother to them. Then I walked in today and not one person tried to help me or even greet me. Two men were just standing there pretending like I didn't exist. This is the worst retail experience I have ever experienced. I've been to Louis Vuitton, Tiffany's, Cartier today and I was greeted promptly. How come I didn't get that from Gucci? I was looking to purchase the Soho disco bag. I think one of them laughed at me as I was walking out. So rude. I'm disappointed in this store. I know for sure not to come here again.
