Potential new customer ~ called to have someone provide an estimate for some tree work in our backyard ~ CANCELLED TWICE ~ on the original date, we were told the team needed direction on another project ~ the following day we were told equipment had broken ~ not exactly the way to operate a business to gain the confidence of any new customers.
