We brought our dog here in an emergency situation. I called on the way there and they told me that they could help us. Upon arrival the front desk people and the lady I spoke to on the phone were not very nice nor patient. I'm sure I wasn't the nicest either being that we were in a stressful situation with our dog, but these people showed no compassion. The lady even though of me on the phone that they...usually take appointments...then they should've referred me to an emergency room. $250 later and they told us nothing! Blood work was inconclusive...they put their hands up and said we should go to the emergency place. AND they charged us a $90 "emergency" visit fee. What a joke. One person...the vet tech ..was helpful. THATS IT. Do yourself and your pet a favor and AVOID DREAMING SUMMIT...
