I have received multiple coupons in the mail for a buy one get on blizzard. I went to my local Dairy Queen (1805 E Southern Ave), the only one I have used the coupons at and they told me I could not use my coupon. They continually argued with me about the coupon saying that coupons were not valid at this location. They said they were only valid at the Warner and Southern location. I explained to them that Warner and Southern run the same direction and they said well sorry that's where you can use them. They were very rude and did not accommodate the coupon. They made me pay full price for my Blizzards on top of being rude. I will not be returning and I am very disappointed in this location. I will be shocked if I return to any Dairy Queen at this point.
