I bought a part from them and it happened to be the wrong part. They let me return it (un-used of course), and I got the correct part which was about 40.00 cheaper. At first I was told that they were going to exchange it and they would eat the cost of the other part...well I had done my research and found that the part I had paid for was at least 40.00 more expensive as I mentioned before. So nice one trying to make me think you were doing me a favor. Steve the guy working at the counter was apologetic and nice. The manger and another lady seemed to care less. I thought I would go to a mom and pop local place to help the local economy, and get the part faster. I made the part order and they said it would be available after 12:00 when the delivery truck arrives. I arrived close to 5 and the part wasn't there. They said the driver had a flat tire. It happens. When I exchanged the part, the second part was delayed for some other delivery driver issue. Started sounding a little fishy. PROS: They answered the phone after hours and took an order to try to get the part there sooner. CONS: Management didn't seem to care when the part didn't arrive when they said it would. The guy named Steve seemed to care more about it. I was told that I would get the difference returned on the part price, but of course that couldn't be done until the following week by a certain manager....I was also told I would receive a call that following Monday....NO CALL of course. I would think little stores like this would try harder to keep customers. Next time I will be ordering online so I get a fair price and won't get cheated out of money. Beware!!
