This place is a joke. Try to buy a dinner set since last November, told us will be available on March then push it on June. We finally order the set and said have 8 chairs in stock and soneone will call us for delivery which no one call and we have to call to find out that the chairs is not available anymore because someone has it. I demend a refund and they say "NO" because of their policy. I have to call the Regional Manager in order to get a refund.
First, their order system is a joke which back after back order. Second, no one follow up anything. Third, NO REFUND even is their mistake and only store credit which never give them a cent unless you are sure they have it or willing to put your money in DownEast Credit
