I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! When getting a pedicure, I heard "oh oh" while I was getting my toe nails cut. My toenail is cracked down the middle, just hanging there. Then, 4 workers were pointing and talking about me in a foreign language. She ended up gluing in back on. I was offered no discount when I checked out. The next day, the nail got caught on my sock and completely ripped off. I HAVE NO TOENAIL BECAUSE OF THIS PEDICURE. It bled pretty good too. I called the salon and asked for a refund, the manager told me the nail was cracked before and they did nothing wrong. I told him he is going to lose a loyal costumer (I have been there a few times before and had no issues) and he told me "you can do what you want" he became rude and when I asked for a refund again.
