Horrible customer service and treatment of PAID customers. It's pristine location and great amenities encourage a great experience, however, being a family based environment, it's a shame of their lack of professionalism. I regretfully say that I won't be going to this location any longer & will be informing others of my experience to avoid ruining their plans! I hope they become aware of how their employees are handling their good name & make some changes for the future. Until then, I don't recommend! There are MULTIPLE theaters in numerous locations close by that won't disappoint!
