One of the rare, true five star dining experiences I've had in the city. Aside from a slight mixup with the reservation, the evening couldn't have gone smoother. We had family in from out of town and we wanted to take them somewhere special...Rasa fit the bill perfectly....AND they were fully able to accommodate a Celiac (me.)
I enjoyed everything I tried but can't speak highly enough about the sous vide pork chop. Perfectly cooked from end to end and topped with crackling (and crispy pig ear) it was very delicious.
The cocktails were excellent and I like the BYOB option (we partook in a few bottles from my family winery.)
From start to finish it was a great evening and I strongly recommend you stop by Rasa for a meal
