The car accident that I was in prior to visiting Capitol was my first so I was not sure what to expect. I was in an accident 4 weeks prior (neither of which were my fault btw) and the collision place that worked on the car I was hit in first (which was not my car) did an awful job. Mind you, the car I got hit in the first time was one week old to the day. The bumper didn't match, there was discoloration on certain areas of the car and it took them almost 2 months to get it done. I begin with that because I went to my experience with the expectation that that was the same service I would receive which would make this experience just as miserable as the accidents themselves. Little did I know my experience would be top notch! My car was just as beatiful as it was before I got hit and it was returned to me in a timely manner...I believe a week or so. And even then, it was only because there was a hold up on the other party's end. Thomas and Michelle (the receptionist, I believe that is her name...forgive me if I am wrong and you read this!) were incredible! Personable, hospitable, great customer service, and even the other lady who helped get me into the loaner car was great at making a connection with me simple by being aware of the out of state school that I went to. This may not matter to other people but I am a firm believer in the difference is in the details and sometimes it is this that separates places that often appear similar from a superficial perspective. Dan did an amazing job with his support staff. When I met him he made me feel comfortable from the jump as well. His people are a reflection of the one I received from him. So he definitely left me in good hands. If you're in the area and need a car repair I highly recommend them! You won't regret it and will be in great hands :)
