RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION THEY ONLY SEE YOU AS A DOLLAR SIGN AND NEVER NEVER AS A SATISFIED MEMBER We were Intrawest Resort Members for 14 years - and we loved, loved, loved our timeshare system and had many great family experiences. They were very personal, helpful and friendly. They/We weren't a big organization maybe 8-9 properties (Whistler, Zihuatanejo, Palm Desert, and a few more), but each property offered a five star accommodation & location and always received friendly accommodating service. Tragically we were purchased by Diamond Resorts International about 2 years ago. DRI is not just the worst travel group I've been involved with, but it's the worst organization I've ever dealt with (including DMV, Medical, and the IRS). Their customer service is HORRIBLE - they are nothing more then high pressure used car salesmen fronting as travel consultants. We've stopped paying our annual dues and we've decided that it's just cheaper & less frustrating to find a nice hotel somewhere and pay their nightly price then to have to deal with this horrible organization.
