I came in at around 5:40 pm and the young lady was very polite but she had a line of people waiting for her. I asked for the waiting time which was about an hour and a half or so. I asked if anyone else was cutting but it was just her. This is unbelievable this is the 5th time this has happened and am so frustrated that the manger doesn't put another person with her. Obviously it's a busy time and is ridiculous that you would only have 1 person!!! The young lady has cut before and it was amazing, but the fact that the manager doesn't care that the customers have to wait such a long time is absurd. The last manger never had this problem so I don't understand what's so hard about the scheduling!
