Overall great experience at Carve. Roy was our server and he was very personable and accommodating with a great character, made us smile quite a few times.
Started with shrimp scampi which was sooo good! Only comes with 4 pieces but the sauce and the way they were cooked was perfect. Even dipped the bread in the sauce. Yummm!
Next the wedge salad: bleu cheese crumbles omg! AND a balsamic reduction! I love wedges...
The bf got the bacon wrapped filet w the bleu cheese topping but that bleu cheese was a little overpowering.
I got the prime rib and every bite was wonderful! Some almost rare pieces, some crunchy crusty pieces, and some fatty pieces all of which melted in my mouth. And the gravy sauce really made it for me. I got the sweet potato on the side. The cinnamon butter that came with it was the best part! Made me want to eat the whole thing and I'm not usually a fan of sweet potatoes.
Will definitely recommend and would totally come again!
