I have been to this Starbucks location a few times and have had nothing but good experiences. Drinks have all be made as I ordered them (and my drink orders can get complicated). Service has been as expected ("Hi, how are you?" "What can I get started for you?" "Thank you, it will be right up"). Like any busy coffeeshop, the wait at this Starbucks can be longer at times... however, if you don't like that, then as they say... there's an app for that! If you don't like to wait, then place your order on your mobile app and go pick up your drink. No need to talk to anyone who might be super busy making dozens of drinks... or sit and wait for your drink (and/or food) order... or otherwise take issue with a busy location. I mean, yeah, sure, you could complain about the parking situation (the long drive-thru line can block the ability of people to pull out of their parking spaces), but is that really Starbucks' fault. If you build it, then they will come. And if you build a Starbucks, then a lot (and I mean A LOT) of people will come. So get in the right mindset and you'll be able to enjoy that drink instead of getting all hot and bothered (in a bad way). ****FOUR STARS****
