Horrible experience, we have always gone to this restaurant for our office Christmas party for years! Today was the worst! Our food was cold, or order was not completed properly. Server disappeared after food was brought to table, he had a guaranteed 20% tip added to our bills due to party size, so he didn't have to worry about our needs I guess. He finally came back much later with checks. Spoke to the manager and he could not have cared less!
I guess this decided for us to go somewhere else next and next Christmas!
