Service here is hit or miss. I made an appointment and requested to have a manicure & pedicure done at the same time as I wanted to save time. I was told this was available & scheduled my appointment. Well I ended up with one girl, who first did my manicure & then my pedicure in the same chair. This would have been fine, I just would have scheduled my appointment earlier if they had told me when I called they didn't have time. However, she gave me the shortest massage I've ever had - one rub down each arm, then about 2 minutes on my legs total. If I'm going to pay $50+, I at least expect to get the best part - the massage. When she was done, she told me to sit for 5 minutes. Literally one minute later she came back, and said ok you're done. It was obvious they were just wanting the chair for someone else as another technician was hovering with her supplies. Also, she cut my cuticle & it bled a bit. That's fine, it happens - but she didn't even bother to clean off the dried blood at the end.
