We went on Mother's Day. We arrived at 1pm. 1pm turn into 2 and still didn't get our food. The kitchen was smoking so bad that they had to open the doors to let the smoke out. We had little kids and elder women with us who couldn't tolerate the smoke. We waited outside because our eyes were burning. We asked the waiter when our food will come out he mentioned to us that they were under staffed and that our food will come out shortly. The manager didn't even come out to apologize to us and the other customers who were also waiting for their food 2+ hours. It was absolutely the most horrible service. We waited 3 hours and still the manager didn't come out to apologize. The least he could have done was to apologize, I understand he was helping out in the kitchen but it's very inconsiderate of him not to try come out !! It literally takes two seconds just to say "Hey I'm sorry for what happened, here is an appetizer on us while you wait for your food to come". It didn't try to make the customers happy, so the customers would come back. Sadly, the poor waiter was the only that apologized for the situation. The waitress and waiters were getting all the customers complaints for the fault of the manager. If only he had the decency to come out from hiding in the kitchen. We ended up leaving after the long wait, with no food. We left hungry amongst other customers who got their food late and extremely upset with no apology from the managers side. VERY bad restaurant service. Never experienced something like this before. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!
