I go to this place to have a fill almost every other week. I've tried a ton of the places in the Mt. Lebo/Bridgeville and even McMurray areas. I lot of the others look nicer and are more expensive, but I keep going back to Perfect Nails because they do the best job. Note that while they take CCs, they won't let you tip on them. (So annoying, but even La Pomponee does it these days.)
