Pros: - Installed new, quality radiator in a timely fashion. Cons: - Quoted the wrong price several times. They assured me each time it was the right price guaranteed, but by the time my car was released I was charged 3x the original quoted price (no problems with installation, same radiator). Their payment policies (or lack thereof) seemed to change with every conversation. - When I got my car back I found it littered with sunflower seeds, radio blaring, and one of my speakers blown out. I was offered a free lunch with the manager for my troubles which I declined. - When I pulled in I found my car parked out front windows down, keys in ignition unattended. When I finally found someone to talk to they came out to briefly check out the car one last time. I was told "everything should be okay... but definitely keep an eye on it and water nearby. You'll probably need some in the morning". Now the last part isn't necessarily a big deal, but it was icing on the unprofessional and inferior service I received. Their location is on a major corner and I don't think someone would have stolen my car from their lot. I also appreciate the advice given to an extent but after seeing the condition of my car and being swindled on price it was too much. I was hoping to at least leave with some peace of mind of the work performed but that was not the case. The only reason I gave them a try was because I was told they had the best quality work and service in Arizona when it came to radiators. I left highly disappointed and realized the importance of staying with mechanics you trust and have used before.
