The Secret Garden of Siegfried & Roy at the Mirage is a great place to visit whether you're a resident of Vegas or a tourist.
I came here recently on a trip and had also come here a few times when I lived in Vegas. It was great to see the dolphins. I had the opportunity to play catch with a beach ball with one of the dolphins for almost half an hour. You can hang out for as long as you want after the guided tour, and I stayed behind to watch the dolphins. I tossed out one of the beach balls, a dolphin brought it back to me, and we ended up playing together. That was fantastic.
The white tigers and white lions are beautiful. White tigers are my favorite animal. They had some baby tigers out and watching them play with toys, sticks and each other was a real treat. I could watch them all day.
Don't expect to see something the size of a zoo and you'll have a good time.
