When I first came in, Jason greeted me and was very straight forward with how long the wait would be for me if I get my oil changed and tires rotated. I appreciated everything he told me so I made an appointment for a later time and he told me it would be approximately an hour for them to be finished. So, I ended up leaving and coming back later that day.
Jason greeted me again and quickly signed me in and told me because they are a little behind it may take 20 more minutes to get everything done, which I was ok with. After an hour, they called my name and I was ready to go which was great because it was less time then he expected.
I was real happy with this service and Jason like I usually am when I come here for an oil change until I got to my car and noticed some things were different. There was an important issue that I recently posted on here but it was addressed within 24 hours and all the corrective actions were taken.
I was first contacted by Conrad's Customer Service Coordinator about the issue. I was later contacted by David, the store manager, about this situation and how he was going to handle it. I appreciate Conrad's for contacting me quickly to discuss the matter. He looked into the issue along with other employees and took the actions necessary to make sure this issue would never happen again.
