The prices are a bit high for what you get....but given the location I would be OK paying for the convenience if they were reliable. Unfortunately they're not. Several times I've gone to pick stuff up or drop things off during their posted hours...and either they weren't there...or had a note on the door saying they'd be back in 5 min. I waited up to 15 min and no one came. Sometimes there were 3 or 4 other people waiting outside with me. Today I called to make sure they were open before I wasted time going. They said they were open until 5. When I got there the door was locked and no one answered....it was around 1 pm on a Saturday afternoon....and 3 other people were waiting outside. We eventually all gave up.
I'm taking my business elsewhere.....
Only explanation I can think of is the owner is not on site and doesn't realize what's going on.
