Total bait and switch they came and the tech was nice and totally not his fault but he cleaned one patch then wrote up a quote. I have 2 carpeted rooms 14x14 and 12x12 and the quote was $369?!? Over the phone it would be $39, $49 at most. Then he negotiated with his boss to do a spot treatments on the areas that needed it most for and additional $15 per room for a total of $69. When he finished the spot he "testes" was cleaner then the rest of the carpet. I made him re do the carpet before leaving and then paid HOWEVER the square he tested is still cleaner then the rest of my carpet which is concerning. I don't mind paying for a good, honest job however this was neither and the poor tech you could tell felt bad. All in all I would not use this company again. $369 for two rooms? Here is the before and after notice the "test square" he showed me in the beginning before the quote is the only spot that actually looks clean.
