I went in for a gel manicure. Told them my existing gel polish had to be soaked off first. They proceeded to wrap my nails in foil with a little bit of acetone on a cotton pad. I sat there for about 30 minutes and the gel polish wouldn't budge. I told him that my usual manicurist just soaks my finger nails in acetone and it comes off within five minutes. They told me they don't do that anymore because it eats the skin... Funny, I think it I would know if it had eaten my skin before. Then one lady shows up with a pic and tries to hack the polish off my finger nails, leaving a dent in my nail. Just because they are too cheap to pour some acetone in a dish. I walked out and I will never be back, I walked to Safeway bought a bottle of acetone nail polish remover, and got the polish off myself in less than five minutes. I wouldn't come back to this place if it was the last nail salon on the planet
