I really do love the food, the market salad, the smoothies-all great, but they are so under staffed! 20 minutes waiting for two smoothies (?!) Another time I was about to order in line and the worker had to take a call (pick up order) waited for 5 minutes just standing there, awkwardly, then left because I did not receive help. I know 5 minutes does not seem like a long time, but when you know they are already slow at putting your food together, waiting to place it adds to the amount of time I spend there. I tried to place a pick up order again today and was on hold for 7 minutes! By minute 8 I hung up. They have lost my business twice because of how slow they are. I really hope they hire more on or figure out a system that accommodates their guests because it has forced us to eat elsewhere! :(
