My new town house rental is nice and affordable although I would have preferred if they actually cleaned it and verified everything was working and fixed before move in. Office employees seem descent except for one who should not work in that type of job, the management overall lacks customer service skills and accountability but could be worse and many tenants have expressed concern to me already. I am told they are on the third office manager within the last year and a half but don't see the same issues as some have reported like scorpions and crazy renters making scenes. There seems to be a few bad apples but for the most part people are friendly and going back to renting in an apartment complex is much nicer than expected. It would be nice to see dog bag vending posts, maybe a few cigarette things (like 1 in each pool area because people who smoke throw there ends on the ground), newer signs and nicer trash cans or at least cleaner kept ones around as well as better kept picnic, play & pool areas. it would also be nice to see quicker repairs or at least repairs in general so that there are not so many eye sores. There is a lot of potential for a great secure community that could look great if maintained and managed properly and I would recommend for young active families and others but think some need to be more respectful of others and the terms agreed on with the leasing office like leashed pets and cleaning up after themselves. It would be nice to see more active parents with their kids as well so that neglected kids are not damaging things or causing problems around the area. That goes for more active renters as well taking care of their surroundings and not littering or ignoring things that should be reported to the office so they can work better at managing the complex.
