Not a huge fan of Kay jewelers anymore. Been to this location numerous times. The sales people constantly follow me from case to case whenever we look. I give this store a bit more credit than the downtown summerlin location though. At least they didn't give me hassle with returns here like that one did. My main concern here is with the quality of the product. Have bought a few pricey items here that I then take to an independent jeweler that my fiancé has known for years that is always honest even if it's not the answer we want. The two things I bought from this location that I have brought to them to be inspected and appraised I was shocked to learn how low the quality of the diamonds were and even had small chips/damage. Luckily I could return them right away. Now this could be a problem with other stores as well but I've run into it twice with this one specifically. Not fun to find out something you spent a few grand on or even more is worth less than $150 and is poor quality.
