This is the worst practice I have ever been to. Horrible front desk staff and to include the president of this company. I have been to a few providers from this practice and all of them pass you off and don't refer you to get to the bottom of a problem. Unless you have a head cold and are looking for a z pack... I would put running shoes on and run as far from here as possible. And when you are very sick and need to get in the same day they make no accommodation. They ultimately don't care. Remember they are paid by insurance companies- this explains a lot. Which I carry the insurance, so it is my right to choose my doctor since ultimately I pay them and this would be the furthest one I've ever choose. Horrible.
