DO NOT GO HERE!!!! K, look at my account, see how many one-star reviews I've left. One. This one. I ALWAYS try to find the positive, even in bad experiences. But there IS NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS DISHONEST PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. I would give zero stars if I could. Since I'm sure you now want to know the story, here's what happened. My husband filled my friend's truck with diesel, not realizing that her truck doesn't take diesel. They drove for a few minutes before realizing the mistake, immediately pulled to the side of the road & towed the car here. Firestone took several DAYS to do ANYTHING about the gas tank being filled with diesel. They didn't do what we had asked them to do, they didn't offer any useful solutions, and told us that the solutions that we tried to offer "wouldn't work" (like emptying the gas tank or siphoning out the gas). They literally did NOTHING to the truck. They kept changing their story about what was and was not authorized. They then said that they would HAVE to replace several parts that would end up costing $4000. They said they would have to replace the ENTIRE fuel system because the diesel touched it. THEN they charged us $100 for literally doing nothing. Literally, they did NOTHING except give us a lot of false & dishonest information. So basically a parking fee for being in their lot a few days. We towed the truck to a local dealer. Guess what? It cost $1300, and it likely only cost that much because by then, the diesel had been in the truck for two weeks. Don't ever go here. They will try to take advantage of people who don't know any better. It's dishonest and disgusting. We will never ever come back and we certainly won't recommend anyone go here either. Learn from our awful experience and find some place else that's honest.
