Took my Expedition to Family Auto Care. Spoke with Fred beforehand and he assured me he could tune up my car and change all of the spark plugs for $300. I had 2 cylinders misfiring badly and the car was running extremely rough. I had called around and everyone else were much higher, some were double the price including Friendly Ford, Ford Country, and Firestone. Fred kept the car for 1 day (others were 2-3 days) and had to do extra work including testing out the coils and doing a bore check as 1 of the spark plugs were destroyed. I picked it up at the end of the day. He told me to take it for a test drive before I paid for it to make sure the car was running smooth.
I brought it back after test driving it and told him it was running great. I paid him the original estimate amount (despite him doing extra work) and left very grateful that I had found an honest auto repair shop. Take your vehicles here and you won't be sorry!! Thank you Fred for standing by your word!! I will definitely be sending friends and family to Family Auto Care.
