If I could give-5 stars I would my bill is constantly messed up (saying my bill would be much cheaper than it really is then getting a surprise when I open my bill) and after 8 people told me I had been over paying like I said I was told no that was not true and all of them had it wrong so every other worker has it wrong and I pretty much had to suck it up and deal there was nothing they can do worst business will never recommend them. wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy don't let them saying how fast your internet is fool you was having slow speeds that the customer service rep said wasn't true and everything was perfect on their end then found out had a faulty modem and split wire in the wall it took 3 techs to figure this out all while paying their higher than every other companies prices
