I contacted Brent from Heartwood Tree Company this past Friday because a tree in my back yard had fallen during a storm just two days earlier. Brent called me back within a couple of hours, and had a plan to come out and inspect the fallen tree over the weekend so that he could give me a quote on how much it'd cost to remove the tree. We made arrangements via email because I was out of town. He followed through and he even inspected my other trees and recommended that a tree overhanging my house be pruned back. He sent me the quote via email on Sunday, and said he and his team could do the work the following day. I was thrilled because I expected to be scheduled at least a week out.
Today (Monday), Brent and his team arrived as planned and made short work of the tree cleanup. Brent even took the time to explain a few things to me about my other trees. When I mentioned to him that we'd like to do a few more things with the yard, he offered to recommend a couple of places he's done business with.
Overall, I'm very glad that I chose to work with Heartwood Tree Company.
