What the other reviewer said is very true. I went to the Fitchburg location and same problems with extras. The place is clean but there are no mirrors and very few hangers and places to put your clothes, stuff, etc... Very, very minimal. No wipes, sometimes no towels. Overpriced but what really killed me is the staff. I've ben going there for about a year and while some of the employees are super nice, there are a few that are awful and make the experience UNPLEASANT in any way they can. I regret that I have two months left on my membership.
